Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from our Melbourne, Australia base. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, along with tracking information.

Shipping rates and delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We currently ship within Australia and internationally. Delivery times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress.
