Shipping policy
PROCESSING TIME
In-stock orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday, Melbourne time) from our base in Melbourne, Australia. You'll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-order items are made in limited production runs. They ship an estimated 6–8 weeks after the pre-order round closes. If there's a delay, we'll email you with an updated timeline, and you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, it will ship together once the pre-order items are ready.
SHIPPING RATES
Australia: free shipping on orders of $99 AUD or more. Orders under $99 ship for a flat rate of $19.95 AUD.
International: calculated at checkout based on your address and parcel weight.
DELIVERY TIMES (AFTER DISPATCH)
Australia: 3–7 business days
New Zealand: 6–12 business days
Rest of world: 10–20 business days
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by their country. These aren't included in our prices or shipping costs.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping, and extra postage may apply.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email customers@wearawaco.com with your order number and we'll sort it out with the carrier.
